If you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned at the store, Otto’s Granary, in original condition within 60 days of purchase with a receipt. Returns will be refunded in the same form of tender as the original transaction.
- Returns to Otto’s Granary after 60 days of purchase with a receipt will be issued store credit.
- A gift return to Otto’s Granary with the original gift receipt will be issued store credit.
Returns Without a Receipt:
If returning an item to Otto’s Granary without a receipt, store credit will be issued at the lowest selling price within the past 90 days for merchandise returned in its original condition.
Items Not Available for Return:
No perishable items such as chocolate, candy, coffee or tea may be returned for a refund.
