This custom blend of 100 percent Arabica beans grown in Costa Rica and Kona, Hawaii, highlights the lush richness of each flavor. The beans are picked at the height of ripeness and flown directly to Otto’s Granary for small batch toasting to a medium bodied light roast. Pure Macadamia nut extract, native to the volcanic soil of Hawaii, is added directly after roasting to impart the fresh flavors. These beans are then dredged in smooth white chocolate and caramel.
