These pure 100 percent Arabica coffee beans, grown in the Central American Highlands of Peru, are harvested at their peak ripeness and flown directly to Otto’s Granary. This blend is processed in small batches for quality, infused with rich chocolate oils to produce a mellow, subtle aroma and crisp flavor. High-quality fresh chocolate nibs are pressed for the essential oil added to this complex blend. The naturally light acidity of the coffee balances well with the medium roast of the beans, ideal as an after-dinner alternative to a cordial.
