Rich, bittersweet dark chocolate infuses this medium roast, light acidity blend of 100 percent Arabica coffee beans. Peruvian coffee, grown in the fertile soils of the Central America Highlands, is among the finest in the world. These beans are flown directly to Otto’s Granary for small batch processing to a light acidity, medium roast and infused with rich dark chocolate oils and chocolate powder for a flattering flavor and subtle complexity.
